Strategic Enrollment Management Workshop

Workshop Facilitator

Jody Gordon, Managing Consultant, AACRAO Consulting

Session Overview

This interactive pre-conference workshop, will introduce participants to the core concepts of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) planning.  A framework for creating, implementing and sustaining a SEM plan will be discussed.  The facilitator will profile steps within the framework, such as gathering and analyzing critical data, setting key enrollment indicators, developing enrollment goals, and building supporting strategies and tactics to achieve those goals.  Steps for rolling out the plan to engage the campus-wide community and strategies for assessing, realigning, re-prioritizing and sustaining the plan, especially during significant disruption, will also be featured.
