Jane Caldwell, our friend and colleague from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, was presented the President's Award at TACRAO 2016 at Horseshoe Bay Resort. She has imparted wisdom and knowledge of everything from residency to exemptions and waivers, to the Hazlewood program, and more for many years. Jane is retiring from THECB in January 2017 after more than 43 years of service.
