Subscription to the TACRAO College Fair Schedule

TACRAO subscription is intended for accredited out-of-state institutions, foreign institutions, and our military partners. 

This page is not intended for current TACRAO members, high schools, or vendors. If you would like to see other contacts, please visit our main membership/subscription overview page. 

TACRAO is proud to announce our new partnership with StriveScan for registration support and barcode scanning!

Texas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers is pleased to announce that we have partnered with StriveScan to bring their registration platform and barcode scanning to our fair calendar. StriveScan will enhance the experience for representatives and students by making information exchange more efficient and productive, while also providing valuable data to our organization and the fair organizers. 

TACRAO joins many other organizations in partnering with StriveScan, including all NACAC affiliates, 12 AACRAO affiliates, the Colleges That Change Lives, Council of International Schools, and more. Over 2,500 colleges have used StriveScan at thousands of fairs across the country and the world.

Subscriber Institutions

* Will register for TACRAO College Fairs through their StriveScan account

*Scanning is included with TACRAO Fair registration and is provided at no additional cost to attending institutions.

*Representatives use the StriveScan app to scan students' barcodes. Representatives can instantly view the student's information and take notes right in the app. After the fair, representatives export student data instantly to a CSV file or automatically upload it directly to their CRM.

Student Registration

Students will register for TACRAO College Day/Night Fairs at StriveFair.com. Upon registration, StriveScan sends them a barcode via text and email, which they show to representatives at the fair. Registering for a barcode allows students to quickly connect with institutions during, and even after, the event. There is no cost for students to register for a barcode.

High School/ School District Partners

Counselors are asked to ensure that all students register at StriveFair.com before attending a TACRAO College Day/Night Fair. StriveScan’s Fair Tool Kit has materials to support the registration process, including guidance on navigating cell phone bans and bulk student registration.
